Use of Swimming Area
Hours are Daylight to Dark.

Use is for members and their guests only. All guests must have a visitor’s guest pass visible in the vehicle window.

There will be no fishing permitted at the swimming area.

There is a strict NO DIVING rule.

Picnic tables are not to be moved out from under the awning.

There is no lifeguard on duty. Members and their guests swim at their own risk, and Grandin Lake Shores Association assumes no responsibilities for their actions.

Damage to dock, fences, awning, grill, or picnic tables will result in the responsible member being held liable for repairs, and may result in the suspension of privileges to the use of the swim area.

Music is permitted as long as it doesn’t become a nuisance to neighboring properties of the swim area.

Our swimming area is a family-oriented amenity to our association. With this said, profanity and/or drunkenness will not be tolerated.

Please pick up after yourself. Be sure that any and all trash from cookouts, etc., are picked up and not left in the water or on the grounds.
The gate code is to be kept PRIVATE. It is only for use by association members in good standing.
Use of Boat Ramp Area

Use of Boat Ramp Area is permitted for members and accompanying guests only. All guests must have a visitor’s guest pass visible in the vehicle window. Members assume full responsibility for actions of their guests.

Boat Ramp Area is for the launch of boats, and fishing ONLY. No swimming is permitted in the Boat Ramp Area.

Picnic tables are not to be removed from the awning area.

Members are responsible for any and all damages that they and their accompanying guests may cause to boatramp property. This includes, but is not limited to: docks, picnic tables, awning, fences, and gates.

Storage at Boat Ramp property: NO overnight or permanent storage of vehicles of any kind is permitted in Boat Ramp Area.

NO overnight or permanent storage of utility trailers of any kind is permitted at ANY time in the Boat Ramp Area.

NO overnight or permanent storage of trailers of any kind is permitted in Boat Ramp Area.

NO overnight or permanent storage of RVs is permitted at the Boat Ramp Area.

Boat Ramp Gate: Gate must be kept closed and locked in an effort to restrict outside use of our GLSA facility by people who are not members of Grandin Lake Shores Homeowner’s Association due to insurance liabilities.
