ESTOPPEL CERTIFICATES
An HOA estoppel certificate, also known as an estoppel letter, is a legally binding document that provides information about a homeowner's or unit owner's obligations to their homeowners' association (HOA).
Estoppel Certificates are $50.00 each.
Annual HOA fees are $50.00 per lot.
